NYFW: Tuesday Morning Recap!

Good Morning Limettes!      With half of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week over we have definitely seen some underlying trends that are sure to continue to make their way on to the remaining runways of New York fashion week and across the European runways. Everything frome one-shoulder dresses & blouses to ethereal chiffon gowns and men's inspired suits for the daintiest of women.   There is an edginess that even the most beautiful dresses....  have with metal embellishments such as Vassilios Kostetso showed metal embellishments on his gowns & Malandrino send out bold colors & lines. Welcome to Lincoln Center; NYFW 2011

Similar to Little Lime Dress, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (MBFW) in New York has gone through a serious facelift for the Spring / Summer 2011 shows. No longer taking place in Bryant Park, home to New York’s bi-annual fashion week for the last 15 years; it has now been moved to the cultural capital of New York City, Lincoln Center. Amongst many Upper West Side (UWS) landmarks, Lincoln Center provides MBFW with a number of 21st Century goodies making this season’s fashion week glamorous, exciting and innovative......
